Creating users in the system is a simple process, but some conditions must be respected when creating a specific type of user.
In the first instance, all subtitles with the following symbol: *, are mandatory. In the Status section, the Activate option must be placed, in order to identify that this user will be active and will be able to log in to the system.
On the other hand, if it is a user who is in charge of a warehouse, the warehouse for which he is in charge must be entered, and in addition to this, the Warehouse In Charge role must be entered in the roles section. This way, possible failures in the system can be avoided when carrying out any operation.
Furthermore, if this user is a supervisor or a requester, it must be marked, otherwise the system will not identify that this user is a supervisor. It is recommended that if one of these two types of user is placed, it is placed in roles the User role.
There are three roles:
1. Admin: They have access to everything in the system, they can view, manipulate and execute any type of operation.
2. Warehouse Manager: Used to identify that this is a warehouse manager.
3. User: Limited access, limited to only viewing the information present, but not manipulating it.
And with two types of User:
1. Requesters: Responsible for creating shipping orders.
2. Supervisor: In charge of confirming shipping orders sent to the province.
